Certification
Certification is more than a certificate. It’s a passport to global markets, a seal of credibility for customers, and a driver of innovation and continual improvement.
Management System Certification Process
At Global Standards Certification (GSC), we follow a structured and transparent certification process to ensure integrity, impartiality, and compliance with international standards. Whether you’re pursuing certification in Quality (ISO 9001), Environmental Management (ISO 14001), or Occupational Health & Safety (ISO 45001), the process remains consistent focused on ensuring compliance, continual improvement, and value to your organization.
1. Application & Proposal
We begin by understanding your organization, its size, structure, activities, and the scope of certification. Based on this, we provide a tailored proposal outlining audit stages, timelines, and costs.
2. Stage 1 Audit – Document & Readiness Review
Our auditors review your management system documentation and assess your readiness for certification. This includes evaluating your understanding of the standard, scope, policies, objectives, and internal audits.
- 🔍Purpose: Identify any major gaps or areas needing improvement before the full audit.
3. Stage 2 Audit – Certification Audit
This is a full, on-site audit (or remote/hybrid where applicable) to evaluate how effectively your management system is implemented and maintained.
- 🔍 Outcome: Verify compliance with the ISO standard, gather objective evidence, and assess operational control and continual improvement.
4. Certification Decision
5. Surveillance Audits (Years 1 & 2)
We perform regular surveillance audits (typically annually) to ensure your system continues to conform with the ISO standard and demonstrates continual improvement.
6. Recertification Audit (Year 3)
A full system audit is conducted before the certificate expires to renew your certification and assess long-term effectiveness
